This message is shown when your SoyMomo is not communicating with the app. This could happen because:
- The SIM doesn't have mobile internet data (Mbs).
- Your SoyMomo is turned off.
- Your SoyMomo is in an area without coverage (there is a red circle over the signal icon).
Remember that for it to work properly, SoyMomo needs mobile internet data, both to send its location and receive any configurations that you send it.
