If your SoyMomo’s GPS location does not update or there is no location history, make sure that:
- The SoyMomo’s SIM is activated with data, to connect and update its location.
- The SIM is the right size and correctly inserted in your SoyMomo (while turned off), otherwise, it won’t be recognized. If you have any questions about how to correctly insert the SIM, you can check the following article.
- The SoyMomo’s SIM has data (MB). To have the location all the time, it’s necessary to have at least 100 MB per month.
- Your SoyMomo has coverage, otherwise it won’t connect.
